US HR Executive

Job description
Support US consultants and client programmes across onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee service and workforce operations.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate consultant onboarding, documentation and background checks
- Support I-9, E-Verify, policy and employment-compliance workflows
- Manage benefits enrolment, employee queries and lifecycle documentation
- Partner with recruiting, payroll, immigration and client-service teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR specialisation preferred
- 2+ years in US HR, staffing or workforce operations
- Working knowledge of US onboarding and employment documentation
- Strong written communication, accuracy and service orientation
